Supplication after every obligatory prayer in the Holy month of Ramadhan

In the name of Allah, the most Merciful, the most Beneficent	بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
O the most High, O the most Great	يَا عَلِيُّ يَا عَظِيمُ
O the all-Forgiving, O the all-Merciful	يَا غَفُورُ يَا رَحِيمُ
You are the Great Lord	أَنْتَ الرَّبُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Like whom there is nothing	الَّذِي لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ
and He is the all-Hearing, the all-Aware	وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
and this is a month that You have glorified, and made generous,	وَهذَا شَهْرٌ عَظَّمْتَهُ وَكَرَّمْتَهُ
and honoured, and preferred to the other months,	وَشَرَّفْتَهُ وَفَضَّلْتَهُ عَلَى الشُّهُورِ
it is the month that You made its fasts obligatory upon me	وَهُوَ الشَّهْرُ الَّذِي فَرَضْتَ صِيَامَهُ عَلَيَّ
it is the month of Ramadhan, during which You revealed the Qur’an	وَهُوَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنَ
as guidance for people and clear proofs on true guidance and distinction (between the right and the wrong);	هُدَىً لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ
and You decided the Grand Night to be in it,	وَجَعَلْتَ فِيهِ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ
and You have decided this Grand Night to be more favourable than one thousand months	وَجَعَلْتَهَا خَيْراً مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
So, O the Lord, the One who bestows favours, and none can ever bestow favour upon You	فَيَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَلا يُمَنُّ عَلَيْكَ
Please favour me, by releasing me from the Fire and by including me with those You has so favoured,	مُنَّ عَلَيَّ بِفَكَاكِ رَقَبَتِي مِنَ النَّارِ فِي مَنْ تَمُنُّ عَلَيْهِ
and allow me to enter Paradise;	وَأَدْخِلْنِي الْجَنَّةَ
on account of Your mercy. O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy.	بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
